Shipping policy
The time required to prepare an order for shipment (delivery) is 1-4 business days (for the USA) and 3-5 business days (for Europe and the rest of the world). The production time for custom-made or individually inscribed items can be up to 7 business days. But usually we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that we prepare and ship orders on business days from Monday to Friday, which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. In addition, we want you to know that sending, preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each of them has its own deadline.
